DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ORDERED THIS ITEM AND NEVER RECEIVED IT – THEY SAY THEY ARE SORRY BUT THEY JUST CAN NOT SHIP ANOTHER ONE. I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW AND BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND THE VERY LOUSY WAY THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY USED FED EX TO SHIP THIS ITEM, DID NOT EVEN REQUIRE A SIGNED SIGNATURE AND YET TELL ME I RECEIVED IT JUST BECAUSE THEY SAY I DID. WELL, I MOST CERTAINLY DID NOT!!!! never will I order from this company again – THEY ARE A DISGRACE!!

I have owned many dog crates and this one is nicely sized but it so cheaply made. After opening the box I noticed bent wires and the crate hadn’t been used yet. The metal floor pan already had paint missing. The latch that holds the door closed is so tight that it takes a lot of wiggle to get the door open. The side door seems to be made too small for a dog to enter without ducking. I would return it but it is too much trouble. Will donate to a local shelter. I guess you get what you pay for.

This crate took a little extra time getting here due to some shipping problems but otherwise it’s been great. It’s easily put together and sturdy. We have an english bulldog puppy and she seems to be enjoying it. The side and upper doors have already come in handy and the metal pan is awesome. It’s well worth the money.

But the crate has those new more secure door closers which are difficult to open and close, hence they are more secure!

I wish I had found this crate a long time ago. The three doors make access sooooo easy. It was fast to set up by myself and sturdy enough to contain my pets. I paid twice the price for a single door crate at my local store and only wish now I had found this one sooner. I only use it as a crate for home use and haven’t used it for travel so I can’t comment on it as a traveling crate. But for the price I’m considering buying another.
