The kennel arrived very quickly and was well packaged. The 48″ size was perfect for our growing golden retriever puppy. The metal tray in the bottom of the crate is much sturdier than the plastic trays I have seen. The wire on the cage is not as heavy duty as others. The free divider was great. It allowed us to expand the size of the crate as our puppy grew. My one frustration is the lack of ease with which the latches fasten and unfasten.

I purchased 5 of these HUGE crates. They were delivered within a week to my door at a price I could not beat! These crate have door handles with a “lip” to keep door closed and has THREE doors. The best part is they have a METAL pan. I am tired of those plastic ones breaking and costing a fortune to replace! If you have high energy dogs that bang and jump inside the crates all the time, these may not be for you as they may “unhook” at the places where the sides hook to the front and rear. (I have pretty calm Bernese Mtn dogs.) These crates are heavy (which is good) but you really need two people if you take them for travel. They only give you one carry handle…really should have two for this size crate.

We are very pleases with the crate. The set-up take down is very easy. We also like the tray is metal and not plastic. We don’t really need the top door, but it doesn’t get in the way. We didn’t need the included devider, but we are using that as a gate to keep the dog off the steps.
