It is a well made kennel/crate. Very nice and durable. No problems at all here.

I am very happy with this kennel. I ordered a pet bed that fit it perfectly and my little puppy is very happy in her snuggly home at night.

When the kennel arrived and I assembled it, it did not strike me as a “medium” at all. I ended up having to trade it for the kennel my parents had, which is larger. They have two Chihuahua’s (approximately 4 lbs. each) that fit in this kennel perfectly, one at a time. My dogs are larger than my parents, but they are still fairly small dogs, at under 15 lbs. each. Neither of them could comfortably fit in this kennel. It was like a plastic sweater if anything.
The seller has been very helpful in trying to correct my problem with this kennel, and as it stands, the kennel is being put to good use as I had a quick fix available to me, but it is not a “medium” sized kennel.
