Nice idea that fails miserably.
These crates seem great but the mesh doors and windows are easily torn – leaving the crate wothless and you out of the money you spent on it.
you can’t even buy replacement doors or windows so, depending on the severity of the tear, you might just have to throw the entire crate (and your money) away.
They should use something stronger than the weak and flimsy rubber currently used.

I can only comment on the quality of the product as it looks and in comparison to others I’ve seen/purchased. It is really well made, and I know will do the job…however my dog is not ready to be in this cage alone…she will chew it up…she isn’t a year yet…so I have her metal cage inside this one…that way she gets used to this cage but I still have the security of knowing she is not going to bust out while I’m gone. That being said the XL crate is HUGE!…which is great but it is very large…

My two GSD are indoor dogs with a pet door, and with spending the holidays with my in-laws my dogs would have to be outside in the winter elements. I purchased 2 of the collapsible crates and found they easy to transport and to setup. Though my dogs are not “crate-dogs”, it gave me comfort to know it was a great option for them to give them protection in winter conditions; I placed a sleeping bag under them and draped a wool blanket over the crates. I was worried that even an x-large crate would be too small and was delighted to see that there was room to spare for even my 125-lb. GSD. I would highly recommend this product and plan to use in the hot summer as well. This vendor provided a great price and excellent delivery service even during the busy holidays. Thank you again.

This is a wonderful option for a crate. My dog uses it for sleeping and we can take it on the road for staying in hotels or others’ homes. The XL fits an 80 lb puppy well but might not be big enough for a full grown Great Dane. I hope Guardian Gear will make the next size up for my growing puppy.

This crate is perfect for the vacation or trip. Easy storage, breaks down flat and is sturdy enough for two big Lab pupies
