in the Tri State Area of Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania

I was introduced to the sport of mushing by my Siberian/Shepard mixed dog named Bambie. One Christmas my husband and I took our two dogs, Bambie and Cougar with us to pick out a Christmas tree at a tree farm. As we walked through the trees Cougar, a gentle and obedient German Shepard walked politely by our sides, while Bambie managed to pull me down to the ground! I thought to myself "Bambie you are a strong dog!". A few days later Bambie was on a leash attached to my
daughter(s) red wagon. His northern Siberian Husky instinct came right out, as he vigorously pulled the red wagon with me in it! Since Bambie loved to pull and I loved the snow the sport of Mushing was a natural!
This was the start of my adventure of becoming a musher.
