Education and training of a siberian husky pack

All our huskies are working sleddogs (the young ones not yet, but they are going to be) out of siberian husky working lines. The old ones (Jaakko and Roots) have spent their life in a kennel in the french alps to pull tourists all winter long. They have been with us only 2 years for Roots and a little more than 6 months for Jaakko. Every day I try do to some specific training with our dogs. These are siberian huskies Jaakko (grey white, 11 years old), Roots (wolf brown, 9 years old), Daika (wolf brown with white tail tip, 2 years old), Ebi (white, 8 months old) and Ewok (wolf brown, 4 months old) and old giant yorkshire terrier Berny. They learn to stay quiet when I go to the kennel door to open it. To come, sit, down, stand and stay there. To heel and for those who show themselves interested: to bring objects when I throw them. They also learn some less obvious things: to not disturb me and the dog(s) I train, when it is not their turn. This is especially difficult for the young ones. Daika in addition knows some fancy tricks such as jump into my arms, do the rabbit and the leg-slalom.

Agak sulit melatih anjing Siberian Husky, namun dengan ketekunan dan kesabaran, anjing akan patuh dan nurut. 2. Pastikan area sepi. Anjing Siberian Husky agak sulit fokus. Gangguan sekecil apa pun dapat membuyarkan konsentrasinya. Karena itu, pastikan areal sekitar tidak terlalu ramai dan berisik sehingga anak anjing dapat fokus berlatih. 3. Berikan hadiah. Setiap anjing melakukan perintah yang kita berikan, langsung hadiahkan dengan camilan lezat, seperti potongan keju, potongan daging ayam rebus, atau potongan kecil daging asap. Jangan biskuit atau makanan kering yang biasa ia makan. 4. Ikat bila perlu. Kadang anak anjing Siberian Husky terlalu agresif sehingga Anda perlu mengikatnya agar anak anjing dapat fokus berlatih dan tidak berlari ke sana kemari. 5. Beri punjian. Mereka butuh pujian dari tuannya agar mereka merasa usahanya dihargai oleh tuannya. 6. Tunjukkan kalau Anda adalah Bos. Jangan sampai anak anjing Anda menunjukkan bahwa dirinya adalah pemimpin. Jangan biasakan anjing berjalan di depan Anda. Selalu pastikan anak anjing berjalan di samping Anda. Dengan begitu saat berlatih, mereka akan mematuhi perintah Anda.
